Ready to step down if that guarantees Congress' win: Revanth Reddy
Speaking about the recent conflicts in the party, and the face of the TPCC in the State, he said that him resigning was not the solution to it
HYDERABAD: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee President Revanth Reddy, at a party meeting in Gandhi Knowledge Centre, on Wednesday, said that he would step down from the post of President of that would guarantee the party's win and if it would resolve the internal conflicts of the party.
At the meeting, Revanth Reddy attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led NDA Government and said that the NDA was anti-people while the Congress had always been pro-people.
He said that Sonia Gandhi, as head of the Indian National Congress, brought major reforms in the country including the Right to Education and Right to Information Acts. Revanth Reddy also said that Rahul Gandhi, despite external factors, was striving to bring change in the country through his Bharat Jodo Yatra.
Speaking about the recent conflicts in the party, and the face of the TPCC in the State, the President said that him resigning from the post was not the solution to it, and if it was he would not mind resigning.
