Revanth Reddy takes charge of Secretariat, office allotted on sixth floor

HYDERABAD: Hours after taking charge as the Telangana Chief Minister, A Revanth Reddy

reached the State secretariat to chair the first Cabinet meeting of the Congress Government on Thursday.

As per protocol, Revanth came to the Secretariat in his official convoy and was warmly welcomed by Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari and DGP Ravi Gupta. Special rituals were conducted for Revanth Reddy on the sixth floor of the Secretariat where the Chief Minister's chamber is located.

Soon after Revanth Reddy took charge, 11 of his Ministers who were sworn-in on Thursday arrived at the Secretariat for the cabinet meeting.
