NEW DELHI: The Rouse Avenue Court on Tuesday extended till May 7 the judicial custody of BRS MLC K Kavitha in the liquor policy scam case.
CBI Special Judge Kaveri Baweja of Rouse Avenue Court directed the Tihar jail authorities to produce Kavitha and Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal through virtual conferencing before her on May 7 at 2 PM.
Kavitha, daughter of former Telangana Chief Minister was arrested from her Hyderabad residence on March 15 by the ED. She was arrested by CBI while she was in judicial custody in the Tihar Jail in the money laundering case.
The Rouse Avenue Court rejected her interim bail plea in the ED case. Her main bail pleas in both the ED and CBI case are pending before the Court.
