KODANGAL: TPCC President Revanth Reddy said the Congress appealed to Election Commission of India (ECI) for Rythu Bandhu delivery to farmers' accounts, but BRS leader Harish Rao's comments and BRS president KCR's over-enthusiasm led to its cessation.

Revanth Reddy said at a public meeting in Kondangal that the deposit of Rs. 5,000 crores into farmers' accounts was put on hold. He urged farmers to reject the BRS leaders who were responsible for Rythu Bandhu's delayed payments.

Revanth Reddy said that the BRS conspiracy resulted in the halt of Rs. 5,000 crores in farmers' accounts, and KCR's nephew Harish Rao should respond to this.

The TPCC president said that it was the Congress party's responsibility to hand over Rs.15,000 per acre to farmers in Indiramma Rajyam on an annual basis.

TPCC President Revanth Reddy emphasized the need for the end of feudal lords and forts in the State, and need for the emergence of Indiramma Rajyam in Telangana

Revanth Reddy recalled Telangana Chief Minister KCR's promise of double-bedroom houses for all Telangana residents, which was never fulfilled. Revanth Reddy slammed KCR alleging that he grabbed 10,000 acres of land in order to build a double-bedroom house in Cherlapally Jail.

The six guarantees, according to Revanth Reddy, would be implemented once the Congress party takes power in Telangana. He expressed confidence that the Congress would win Kodangal.
