SI sings 'Happy Birthday To You' to rowdy sheeter in police station

BHUPALPALLY: An inquiry has been initiated into the incident where a sub-inspector of police organised birthday celebrations for a rowdy sheeter and an accused in murder cases within the police station. Not only was a cake cut but the rowdy sheeter's photo was also placed on the notice board of the police station.

This incident occurred at the Mogullapally Police Station in Jayashankar Bhupalpally district. Mahender Goud, the rowdy sheeter in question, is accused in multiple murder cases, with charges filed against him in numerous police stations across the district.

Sub-inspector S. Madhav Goud of the Mogullapally police station orchestrated the birthday celebrations for Mahender Goud, including placing his photo on the police station's notice board.

Responding to the incident, Bhupalapally DSP A Sampath Rao issued a memo to Sub-inspector Madhav. Further action will be taken after the completion of the inquiry.
