HYDERABAD: BRS MLA Talasani Srinivas Yadav visited the Muthyalamma temple in Secunderabad, where he performed special pujas as part of the new idol installation ceremony.

The MLA participated in the religious event, marking the beginning of three days of rituals, including the Kumbhabhishekam, which is an important part of the idol consecration.

Srinivas Yadav emphasised that the ceremonies should take place without any political interference, focusing solely on the spiritual and religious aspects of the event. He stated that the pujas should be conducted in the presence of local residents from the basti (neighbourhood), ensuring that the community participates fully in a peaceful and respectful environment.

He also urged for calm, noting that people should maintain a serene atmosphere during the rituals, avoiding any disturbances or tensions in the area.
