HYDERABAD: The Telangana State government transferred Health Secretary Syed Ali Murtaza Rizvi, IAS (1999), and appointed him as Secretary to the Government Energy Department, with full additional charge of Telangana State Transmission Corporation (TRANSCO) and Telangana State Generation Corporation (TSGENCO).
Sandeep Kumar Jha, IAS( 2014), Joint Secretary to Government, ITE&C, has been appointed as the Joint Managing Director of TRANSCO.
