HYDERABAD: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president and MLA A Revanth Reddy sworn-in as the first Congress Chief Minister of Telangana at LB Stadium here on Thursday. Congress senior leader and Madhira MLA Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has been appointed as the Deputy Chief Minister.

Here’s a full list of ministers sworn into the new Cabinet:
Anumula Revanth Reddy- Chief Minister- Revanth Reddy started his political career as a student union leader. He was associated with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP). Just after completing his graduation from AV College, Osmania University, in 1992, he got married to Congress leader Jaipal Reddy's niece. Then he started his career in mainstream politics with the Telugu Desam Party (TDP). He left the TDP in 2017 and after a couple of months, joined the Congress. He became the TPCC chief and is now contesting for both Kodangal and Kamareddy.
Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka- Deputy Chief Minister: Bhatti Vikramarka appointed as the Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana served as the Congress Legislature Party (CLP) leader in the previous Telangana Assembly. He is one of the most prominent faces in the Congress campaign. His padayatra or ‘People’s March’ is widely credited, among other factors, with ensuring the Congress’s resurgence leading to its return to power in the State.
N Uttam Kumar Reddy: Uttam Kumar Reddy, a former Air Force pilot and a six-time MLA, Reddy has served as the TPCC chief for six years, from February 2015 to June 2021. He had previously served as the Minister for Housing and Weaker Section Housing Programmes in Nalluru Kiran Kumar Reddy’s cabinet.
Komatireddy Venkat Reddy: Venkat Reddy was five-time MLA from Nalgonda. He had served as the Information Technology minister in Dr Y S Rajashekara Reddy’s Cabinet.
Ponnam Prabhakar: Prabhakar is a long-time Congress party worker. He is the working president of Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee. He was the youngest Member of Parliament who represented Karimnagar constituency between 2009-14.
Dansari Anasuya aka Seethakka: Anasuya was a Naxalite before joining politics. She joined the Janashakti Naxal group when she was 14 years old in 1987. She was quickly disillusioned with the movement and exited it after an eleven-year stint. She surrendered to the police under the general amnesty plan in 1997. She then pursued her studies and became a lawyer. In 2022, she completed her Ph.D. in political science from Osmania University. She was with the TDP before joining the Congress party in 2017.
C Damodar Raja Narasimha: Narasimha had previously served as the Deputy Chief Minister of undivided Andhra Pradesh. In 2004, Narasimha joined YS Rajasekhar Reddy's cabinet as a Minister for Primary Education. In 2009, he was appointed Minister for Marketing and Warehousing.
D Sridhar Babu: Sridhar Babu was a five-time MLA. He was the Minister for Civil Supplies, Consumer Affairs, Legal Metrology and Legislative Affairs in the Government of Andhra Pradesh prior to that state being divided. Sridhar Babu is one of the senior most leaders in the Telangana Congress Party and AICC secretary.
Thummala Nageswara Rao: Nageswara Rao had worked with three famed Chief Ministers— Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR), Nara Chandrababu Naidu, and K Chandrashekar Rao. He was associated with the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) until the 2023 elections, prior to which he joined Congress.
Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy: Srinivasa Reddy represented Khammam Lok Sabha Constituency between 2014-19. He joined the Congress ahead of the 2023 elections after he was suspended from the BRS for anti-party activities.
Konda Surekha: Surekha had previously served as the Minister for Women and Child welfare in Y S Rajashekar Reddy’s Cabinet. She had been associated with the YSRCP and the BRS in the past decade before joining the Congress in 2018.
Jupally Krishna Rao: Krishna Rao was a five-time MLA from Kollapur. He joined the Congress ahead of the Telangana Assembly elections in 2023. He had previously served as a Minister of Civil Supplies and Minister for Endowments in the Cabinets of Dr Y S Rajashekar Reddy and N Kiran Kumar Reddy respectively.
