HYDERABAD: The Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TSSPDCL) unveiled an enhanced version of its mobile app on Monday, featuring several new functionalities aimed at swiftly addressing consumer grievances and delivering superior services.
According to TSSPDCL, the updated mobile application, originally launched in January 2024, is designed to promptly resolve consumer issues and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Residents can now conveniently clear their bills, review billing history, and make hassle-free online payments. Additionally, power consumers can report power outages, voltage fluctuations, supply grievances, meter malfunctions, and billing discrepancies through the consumer grievances option on the upgraded app. Whether it's new registrations, opting for green tariff or rooftop solar solutions, title transfers, address corrections, reporting power theft, or any other service requests, users can accomplish it all with just a single click on the user-friendly TSSPDCL app.
