Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations rev up national spirit

Meanwhile, as part of India's independence diamond celebrations, State Tribal, Women and Child Welfare Minister Satyavati Rathore also flagged off a 2K Freedom Run and a huge rally with a 75-metre national flag was organized by the police department at the NTR Stadium in Mahabubabad district center. Students, police, district officials, public representatives and local people participated passionately in the freedom run. Along with Minister Satyavati Rathore, MP Maloth Kavitha, ZP Chairperson Angot Bindu, Municipal Chairman Dr. Palvai Rammohan Reddy, Vice Chairman Farid, District Collector Shashanka, SP Sarath Chandra Pawar, Additional SP Yogesh Gautam, DSP Sadayya and district officials and local representatives were present in the program.

Another 2km of Freedom run was organized on 11th August from Saroornagar stadium to L B Nagar ring road. 3,000 students, citizens, police and officers participated. Minister Sabita Indra Reddy has flagged off the run. MLA Sudheer Reddy, MLA Jaipal Yadav, MLCs Mallesham and Dayanand, CP of Rachakonda Mahesh Bhagwat, Collector Rangareddy Amoy Kumar, DPS school MD Komaraiah and others participated in this program organized by Rachakonda police to celebrate Vajrostavalu.
