Conjoined twins pass Intermediate in first class
Conjoined twins Veena and Vani, who could not be separated, have excelled in the Intermediate Public Examination conducted by the Telangana Government.

HYDERABAD: Conjoined twins Veena and Vani, who could not be separated, have excelled in the Intermediate Public Examination conducted by the Telangana Government. Both girls passed Intermediate in first class. They pursued Civics, Economics and Commerce as electives and Veena secured 712 marks, while Vani got 707. Minister for Women & Child Welfare, Ms Satyavathi Rathod congratulated the girls and said that the government would support their higher education and future.
Ms Rathod complimented the officials who had helped the conjoined twins through their arduous journey of life and those who supported them in their studies. It may be recalled that the twin girls secured 9.3 and 9.2 GPA respectively.
