DSC exam in two sessions online on April 7, says Minister Botcha

AMARAVATHI: Andhra Pradesh Education Minister Botcha Satyanarayana has announced the issuance of notification for 6,100 teacher posts under mega DSC.
The minister said on Monday that 2,280 SGTs, 2,299 school assistants, 1,264 TGTs, 215 PGTs, and 42 Principals.
The last date for payment of fee for the test is February 21 and for acceptance of applications, it is February 22.
Hall tickets can be downloaded from March 5 and the examinations would be conducted online from March 15 to 30.
The examinations would happen in two sessions — one between 9.30 am and 12 noon; and another from 2.30 pm to 5 pm.
The primary key would be released on March 31. Objections to the key would be entertained on April 1 and final key would be released on April 2. The DSC results would be published on April 7.
The minister said that the examination would be based on the basis of syllabus of 2018. The upper age limit for general category candidates was 44 years. Another 5 years would be relaxed for reserved category applicants.
