Harish Rao asserts renewed commitment to Telangana under KCR’s leadership

HYDERABAD: Former Minister and BRS MLA T Harish Rao unveiled the statue of Telangana Thalli at JD Palli in Manoharabad mandal of Gajwel constituency and expressed his happiness in being a part of the event.
Speaking on the occasion, he acknowledged that the state of Telangana was achieved due to the struggle led by KCR and emphasised that Telangana and KCR were inseparable, and credited KCR with the development and welfare initiatives in the state.
Harish Rao mentioned the various benefits came with the formation of Telangana, such as improved water supply, development of villages, and the implementation of schemes like Asara pension, Rythu Bandhu, Rythu Bima, Kalyana Lakshmi, Divyangs pension, and the KCR kit.

He expressed gratitude to the people for their support and assured them that the BRS party worked with gratitude for the people who stood by KCR. He also found fault with the potential scrapping of of new mandals and districts by the new government.
Harish Rao criticized the Congress party's claims of bringing a new electricity policy, questioning if it would bring back the old electricity policies of the Congress. He accused the Congress of lying about providing 24-hour electricity to farmers.
Highlighting unfulfilled promises made by the Congress, he mentioned the abolition of the Gajwel Development Authority and the alleged hindrance of progress by factions. He stressed the importance of keeping promises and stated that the BRS party would fight for the interests of Telangana in Delhi.
Harish Rao declared that the BRS party would stand by the people even in defeat and would continue to fight for their rights. He assured the people that the BRS party would fight hard in the Assembly to ensure the implementation of election promises on behalf of the people.
