TIRUPATI: 'Sarvadarshanam' tickets with time slot tokens will be issued only after the rush recedes.

TTD Chairman Y.V. Subba Reddy said Salakatla Brahmotsavams at Tirumala will be conducted from September 27 to October 5 with glory and grandeur. The Brahmotsavam, which were conducted online for the last two years, will now be held in the four Mada streets and the Lord would give darshan to the devotees.

On the first day of Brahmotsavams, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will present silk robes to the deity. He said that Garuda Seva will be held on October 1.

A meeting of the TTD Trust Board was held at Tirumala Annamaiah Bhavan on Monday under the chairmanship of Mr. Y. V. Subba Reddy.

Here are the details of the decisions taken in the Board of Trustees meeting:

● It was decided to conduct Sri Venkateswara Vaibhavotsavam in Nellore from August 16 to 20.

● Devotees coming for darshan of Tirumala will continue to be sent directly to darshan without any token. The trust board directed the authorities to conduct a thorough study regarding the setting up of pan-view timeslot counters in Tirupati.

● Approval of tenders for the construction of Sri Padmavathi Pediatric Super Specialty Hospital in Tirupati at a cost of Rs.154.50 crores.

● Approval of tenders for construction of new mandapam in place of Tirumala at a cost of Rs.2.07 crores.

● Decision to complete remaining works at Octopus Basecamp at Tirumala at a cost of Rs.7 crores.

● Approval for purchase of cattle fodder for a period of 10 months in SV Goshala at Rs.7.32 crores.

● Approval for cultivation of flower gardens and greenery at Srivari Temple in Amaravati with a cost of Rs.2.90 crores.

● Approval to take up gold plating work on copper shields of Shri Bedi Anjaneya Swami Mulamurthy in Tirumala with Rs.18.75 lakhs.

● Mumbai-based Singhania Education Trust has come forward for the development of SV Primary School and SV High School in Tirumala. They have signed an agreement to provide skill development training and basic facilities to 638 students and teachers here.

● It has been decided to print a total of 33 lakh copies of 8 types of calendars and diaries for the year 2023.

● Approval to print 2.10 lakh copies per month of Saptagiri monthly in 5 languages.

● Approval of tenders for setting up IT infrastructure to store all details of patients, doctors and others in SVIMs at a cost of Rs.4.42 crores.
