2 arrested in Gadwal for spreading nude pictures on social media

GADWAL: The police have arrested two accused in the sensational nude pictures case in Jogulamba Gadwal district. District SP Ranjan Ratan Kumar gave the details of the case at a press conference here on Monday.

He said that Tirumal Maheshwar Reddy, who was in a drunken state picked up his friend Nikhil Tirumal's phone and gave it to a boy, named Vinod. Vinod later took a screenshot of the nude pictures of some women saved on the phone and spread it on social media.

The SP said that Nikhil and Vinod were arrested and remanded for behaving in a way that harmed the self-esteem of women by spreading the nude photos, taken from the screen of Tirumal's phone, on social media.
