3 die of suffocation in restaurant's septic tank in Palnadu

GUNTUR: Three persons, including two sanitation workers, died of suffocation while cleaning a septic tank in Palnadu district of Andhra Pradesh on Sunday. The tragic incident happened at Vinayaka family restaurant in Sattenapalli. The deceased were identified as sanitation workers Anil and Brahmam and the other Kondal, the owner of the restaurant.

It is learnt that the two workers, along with the restaurant owner, were involved in repairing the septic tank and had a sudden fall inside, which resulted in their death due to suffocation. The local police are probing the matter.
