HYDERABAD: Bigg Boss 7 winner Pallavi Prashanth has been arrested following a chaotic incident during the show's finale celebrations. Detained by the police in Kolgur of Gajwel mandal, he was subsequently taken to Jubilee Hills police station.
The police, taking the fans' vandalism seriously, are investigating the chaotic situation during the Bigg Boss 7 finale. Jubilee Hills police are filing cases against all involved in the incident, including Pallavi Prashant, who has been registered as A1, and his younger brother Manohar as A2.
The unrest unfolded after Pallavi Prashanth's victory was announced, drawing fans to Annapurna studio. Amardeep's supporters were also present, leading to chaos on the road with some of Pallavi Prashant's fans causing a disturbance.
The altercation escalated to physical clashes between fans of both contestants, resulting in damage to cars, police vehicles, and RTC buses. RTC MD Sajjanar took the attacks seriously, prompting RTC officials to file a complaint with Jubilee Hills police.
Upon investigation, the police identified Pallavi Prashant's fans as involved in the unrest, leading to the registration of a case against him and his supporters. Subsequent arrests have been made, including two drivers, and the police are actively seeking more individuals involved based on videos and CCTV footage.
