Cheetah snatches dog from AEO's home in Srisailam

HYDERABAD: Residents of Srisailam in Andhra Pradesh are living in fear as a cheetah continues to roam the area, with the latest incident captured on CCTV.

The footage shows the wild cat scaling the compound wall of a temple official's residence in the Patala Ganga area and making off with a dog. This incident follows reports of the cheetah being spotted in various locations around the town, including the Srisailam Ghat road.

Forest officials have confirmed the sightings and are attempting to track the animal. Locals have been advised to remain vigilant, especially at night, and avoid venturing alone.
