Man found dead in farmhouse swimming pool in Medchal
A man has died in a suspected drowning incident at a farmhouse in Yadagiripalli. Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death.
HYDERABAD: A man has been found dead in a swimming pool at a farmhouse in Yadagiripalli, Medchal district, in a suspected drowning incident.
Sandeep Reddy was at the farmhouse with five friends and other colleagues. The group, all employees of a biscuit company, had been socialising on Saturday evening.
According to reports, the group had been drinking alcohol. Sandeep Reddy was found dead in the swimming pool in the early hours of Sunday morning. His friends took him to Vijay Hospital in Chiryal village, but he was pronounced dead on arrival.
Police visited the spot and began investigating the circumstances surrounding Sandeep Reddy's death. They are examining CCTV footage and interviewing witnesses.
Sandeep Reddy's body was shifted to Gandhi Hospital mortuary for a post-mortem examination.
