Minor boy dies by suicide after attacking two girls in Amberpet

HYDERABAD: A minor boy (16) who attacked two girls on Thursday evening died by suicide by falling under a train on a railway track at Vidyanagar on Friday, out of fear.

A boy who attacked a girl with a knife pestering her to love him was found dead on the railway track. The police recovered his headless body on the Vidyanagar tracks.

According to the police, the boy, identified as Ramana, was pestering a girl under the pretext of love for some time. As Friday was his birthday, he thought of celebrating it with the girl he loved by cutting a cake on Thursday in Amberpet.

However, she refused, and the boy got furious and attacked her and also another girl, identified as Tutor, with a knife. The girls were taken to the AMS hospital. Ramana, who was scared after the incident, seems to have taken the extreme step and died by suicide on the Railway track by falling under a train.

The police shifted the body to the Osmania Hospital for post-mortem and stated that more information would by be ascertained in the investigation.
