HYDERABAD: The Padmavati Express train narrowly escaped a major accident after overhead power lines snapped near the Vangalapalli railway gate in Jangaon district.
The train, travelling from Secunderabad to Tirupati, was stopped after the incident. Railway officials were quickly alerted and attended the scene. Repairs were swiftly carried out, and the train could continue its journey after a short delay. No injuries were reported.
