Ranga Reddy's Additional Collector caught red-handed accepting bribe

HYDERABAD: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) apprehended Ranga Reddy district Additional Collector Bhupal Reddy and Senior Assistant Madan Mohan while allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 8 lakh. The officials were caught red-handed at the time of the transaction.

The bribe was reportedly related to manipulating land records on the Dharani portal. The ACB is currently conducting searches at the offices and residences of both officials.
