HYDERABAD: The menace of stray dogs in Telangana continues to escalate, with recent incidents causing alarm among residents.
In the latest episode, four children - Preetish, Varshit, Varun Teja, and Sahasra - were severely injured by stray dogs while playing outside their home in Lareddypet, Siricilla district.
The children were immediately rushed to a hospital in Karimnagar by their family members. Despite repeated directives from the High Court to the government to take measures against stray dog attacks, there appears to be little action on the ground. Residents have expressed frustration, stating that their pleas to officials and public representatives have gone unheard.
