Three children die after falling into water tanks in two incidents
Three young children tragically died after falling into water tanks in two separate incidents in Narayanpet and Mahabubnagar districts.
HYDERABAD: In a tragic incident in Balabhadrapalli village of Gundumal mandal, Narayanpet district, two children died after falling into a water tank.
The father, Narsimulu, had gone to work in the fields, while the mother, Kavitha, was bedridden due to illness. The children, Nihans (3) and Bhanumurthy (2) were playing near the house when they accidentally fell into the water tank. Family members rushed them to the hospital, but doctors declared both children dead on arrival.
In a similar incident, two-year-old Gauthami, daughter of Srihari and Lalitha from Rusumpally village, Mahabubnagar district, also died after falling into a water tank. Her parents had left her in the care of her grandparents while they went to work in the fields. Gauthami, while playing, fell into the water tank and drowned.
Both incidents have shocked the respective villages, with families grieving the loss of their young ones.
