Two bikes catch fire after colliding in Bendapudi, one killed

KAKINADA: One person was burnt alive to death and another was critically injured on the National Highway near Bendapudi Petrol Bunk in Tondangi Mandal of Kakinada District after a fire broke out when two motorcycles collided.

The deceased has been identified as a resident of A. Kothapalli village in Tondangi Mandal. He was travelling on the motorcycle and collided with another motorcycle leaving both the motorcycles gutted in the fire.

The injured was immediately shifted to the Kakinada Government Hospital for medical treatment. The police registered a case and investigating it further.
