Woman on morning walk killed in road mishap in Nirmal

NIRMAL: A 35-year-old woman was killed on the spot while another was severely injured after being hit by a car in Nirmal district on Friday. The tragic incident happened on the Nirmal-Bhainsa National Highway at Manjulapur of Nirmal town.

The two women, Laksmi and Lavanya, were on a morning walk when they were hit by the car from behind. Lavanya, who was grievously injured in the incident, was immediately shifted to a hospital.
