Young couple dies by suicide in Qutubullahpur

HYDERABAD: A young couple died by suicide in the Jagadgirigutta Police limits police limits on Saturday.

According to sources, the couple, Yashwant (27), a delivery boy, and his wife Sriya (23), were residents of Mallareddy Nagar in Qutbullahpur. It is suspect that Sriya died by suicide due to depression by hanging herserlf on a ceiling at her house in Mallareddy Nagar. Enraged over her suicide, Yashwant too died by suicide by hanging from a tree in HMT forest area.

Police shifted both the bodies to Gandhi Hospital mortuary for post-mortem and began investigation after registering a case to ascertain the reasons that led the couple to the extreme step.
