Young man from Nalgonda shot dead at Maryland in US

HYDERABAD: A young man, Nakka Sai Charan, 26, from Telangana was shot dead when an assailant opened fire in the State of Maryland, USA. The incident occurred when Sai Charan was dropping off a friend at the airport in a car on Sunday. The police registered a case and are investigating.

Sai Charan had been working as a software engineer in the US for the last two years. An unidentified man shot him while he was on his way back from the airport.

Sai Charan was rushed to the University of Maryland Adams Coulishock Trauma Center where he succumbed to the bullet wounds during treatment. Doctors said that he was shot in the head. The boy's parents, who live in Nalgonda, were devastated on receiving the news.
