AMARAVATHI: Andhra Pradesh Congress leaders expressed anguish over the BJP alleging that it is acting in vengeance against Rahul Gandhi and launched the protests in various parts of the state under the auspices of APCC working president Sunkara Padmashri
Speaking on the occasion, Sunkara Padmashri slammed the BJP saying that the saffron party was inciting hatred among the people in the country in the name of caste and religion. The APCC working president alleged that Amit Shah and PM Modi were looting the public money and benefitting the corporates, which was being brought to light by Rahul Gandhi through Bharat Jodo Yatra.
Th Congress senior leader said that the BJP's top brass could not handle Rahul Gandhi's charisma and was resorting to filthy politics. She said declaring Rahul Gandhi disqualified from Lok Sabha was unconstitutional.
She said that the BJP was afraid of Rahul Gandhi who was going into public with the Bharat Jodo Yatra taking the failures of the Centre into public and declaring the latter as disqualified from the Lok Sabha. Padmashri said that it was a hasty decision of the BJP to disqualify Rahul Gandhi despite having time for him to move the upper court.
She said that people were angry with the false practices of the BJP and asserted that the party cadre would extend all support to Rahul Gandhi no matter what. She said that people would teach a befitting release to the BJP in the coming elections.
