The APCID filed an FIR based on the complaint made by the Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation (APMDC) that the former Chief Minister and the other accused who were part of the then State Government intentionally caused a huge dent to the State exchequer to the extent of Rs 10,000 crore.
