HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Tuesday suspended G.O. 192, which was issued by the State Government establishing an inspection committee to inspect private junior colleges.

However, the junior and vocational college administrations challenged the GO in the high court.The petitioner brought to the court's attention that the committee's appointment was in violation of the rules and regulations.
However, the intermediate board informed the court that the committee was formed to investigate the amenities at the institutions. The bench heard arguments from both sides. The High Court quashed the government's GO, ruling that it violated national and educational rules and regulations.
