PALNADU: The Piduguralla Police of Palnadu district in Andhra Pradesh have registered a case against senior Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader and former MLA Yarapatineni Srinivasa Rao and five of his followers.

Based on a complaint given by one Chintalapudi Vijayakumar, the police registered a case. In a late Monday night development, Yerapatineni’s followers and TDP leaders Diyya Ramakrishna and Imtiyaz were arrested by the police. They were likely to be produced before the magistrate on Tuesday.
