Kadapa court asks politicians to not speak about YS Viveka's murder during political campaigns

KADAPA: With prominent politicians like TDP president Chandrababu Naidu, Andhra Pradesh Congress president YS Sharmila and Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan using YS Vivekananda Reddy's murder case as part of their political campaign for the elections, a court in Kadapa has directed all politicians to stay away from the topic.

Upset over continuous attacks by the opposition, Suresh Babu, the Kadapa President of the YSRCP, filed a petition in the Kadapa court urging the magistrate to prohibit the opposition parties from discussing YS Vivekananda’s murder.

Advocate Nagireddy presented the arguments on behalf of the petitioner. After hearing the case, the court issued an interim order instructing YS Vivekananda's daughter Suneetha, Pawan Kalyan, Chandrababu Naidu, YS Sharmila, Ravindranath Reddy, Nara Lokesh, and various other leaders to refrain from discussing the murder case.
