On October 12, YS Jagan filed a writ petition in the High Court challenging the dismissal of his plea by NIA Court, Vijayawada, for a probe into the Kodi Kathi attack on him by J Srinivasa Rao (Srinu) at Visakhapatnam International Airport on October 25, 2018.

After hearing the arguments of both the parties on October 13 , High Court judge, Justice K Sreenivasa Reddy adjourned the hearing to October 17. Once again on Tuesday, the counsel for YS Jagan appealed to the judge for a probe into the deeper conspiracy of the Kodi Kathi attack on him.
