Nara Bhuvaneswari prays at Durga temple for safety of her husband Chandrababu Naidu
Bhuvaneswari rushed to Vijayawada after Andhra Pradesh CID arrested her husband in Nandyal in connection with the AP Skill Development Corporation scam case
VIJAYAWADA: Nara Bhuvaneswari, wife of Nara Chandrababu Naidu, accompanied by local TDP leaders, visited the Kanakadurga temple on Indrakeeladri in Vijayawada on Saturday and offered prayers.
Bhuvaneswari rushed to Vijayawada after Andhra Pradesh CID arrested her husband in Nandyal in connection with the AP Skill Development Corporation scam case and were on the way to Vijayawada to present him before the ACB Court.
“If someone is hurt, they seek comfort in the presence of their mother. I am doing the same. I came to goddess Durga to pray for the safety of my husband,” she told media at the temple. She said came to pray to the goddess to provide confidence to her husband who was fighting for the people of Andhra Pradesh and not for his own personal interest.
She called upon people to join hands in support of her husband as the fight is to protect the rights and freedom of the people of Andhra Pradesh.
