Nara Lokesh took charge as Minister for Human Resources, IT, and Electronics at the Secretariat here on Monday and signed the first draft of Mega DSC rules.
AMARAVATI: Nara Lokesh took charge as Minister for Human Resources, IT, and Electronics at the Secretariat here on Monday and signed the first draft of Mega DSC rules.
Lokesh entered room number 208 of the fourth block in the Secretariat amidst the chanting of mantras by Vedic scholars. Lokesh signed the file related to the mega DSC recruitment procedures and sent it to the cabinet scheduled to meet on Monday to take up the five files that Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu signed after taking charge.
Many representatives of student unions and teachers greeted him on the occasion. Ministers Gummadi Sandhyarani, S. Savitha, T. G. Bharat, former MP Galla Jayadev, MLAs Palla Srinivasa Rao, Bonda Umamaheswara Rao, Bhashyam Praveen, Nakka Ananda Babu, MLCs Paruchuri Ashok Babu, Vepada Chiranjeevi, Kancharla Srikanth, Bhumireddy Rambhupal Reddy, TDP NRI wing coordinator Vemuri Ravikumar, Telugu Yuvatha State president Sriram Chinababu, general secretary Ravi Naidu, TNSF State president Pranav Gopal, State executive secretary Nadendla Brahmam, former MLCs YVB Rajendra Prasad, AS Ramakrishna, Buddha Naga Jagadish, Angara Rammohan Rao, former chairman of Police Housing Corporation Nagul Meera and others were also present.
