AMARAVATI: The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Thursday posted further hearing on the bail petition filed by former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu in the skill scam case on October 17.

The court also directed the Andhra Pradesh CID to file a counter to the bail petition of Naidu. The counsel for Naidu argued that the former CM had been incarcerated for the past 33 days and the CID had already completed questioning him in two rounds.

The ACB special court in Vijayawada had already dismissed the bail petition of Naidu, following which Naidu filed the bail petition in the high court.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court bench consisting of Justices Aniruddha Bose and Bela Trivedi would hear further arguments on the quash petition filed by former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu on Friday.
