Skill scam: AP High Court posts further hearing on Chandrababu Naidu‘s bail petition to Friday

The court delivered the orders after the counsel for Naidu requested time to present their argument

AMARAVATI: The Andhra Pradesh High Court posted further hearing on the bail petition filed by former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu in the skill scam case to October 19.

The court delivered the orders after the counsel for Naidu requested time to present their argument. The ACB special court in Vijayawada had already dismissed the bail petition of Naidu, following which Naidu filed the bail petition in the high court.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court bench consisting of Justices Aniruddha Bose and Bela Trivedi would hear further arguments on the quash petition filed by former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday. The AP-CID last Friday gave an undertaking in the Supreme Court that TDP president Chandrababu Naidu would not be arrested in the Fibernet scam case until October 18, 2023. Following this, the court posted further hearing of quash petition in the skill development scam case on Tuesday.
