Skill scam: Judgment on quash petition after Diwali vacations, says Supreme Court

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Thursday adjourned the plea by former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu for anticipatory bail in the FiberNet scam.
A bench of Justices Aniruddha Bose and Bela M Trivedi was hearing Naidu's special leave petition against an order of the Andhra Pradesh High Court refusing to grant him anticipatory bail in the FiberNet scam case last month. The Court stated that it might deliver the judgment in Naidu's quash petition in the skill development case after Diwali vacations. The Supreme Court will be on Diwali holidays from November 13 to 18.
