AMARAVATI: TDP MLA Kolikapudi Srinivasa Rao of Tiruvuru made controversial remarks against farmers during a recent meeting, stating that "even dogs have loyalty, which some people lack." His comments have led to significant backlash, especially among party members. Kolikapudi, already facing internal dissent, appeared to direct his frustration at the farmers, accusing them of not supporting him.

Recently, Kolikapudi's harsh words were linked to an incident involving Chityala Sarpanch Tummalapalli Srinivasa Rao's wife, who allegedly attempted suicide. The issue created a stir, prompting local TDP leaders in Thiruvuru to stage protests and file complaints with the party leadership.
