Unable to bear trolling by TDP, Jana Sena leaders, woman kills self

VIJAYAWADA: A young woman in Tenali died by suicide due to excessive online trolling allegedly by the TDP and Jana Sena Party leaders. The victim was a recent beneficiary of a house in Jagananna Colony.

The victim was identified as Gulti Gitanjali Devi (29), a housewife who lived in Islampet along with her husband Balachandra and two daughters Rishita and Rishika.

Gitanjali was recently alloted a house in Jagananna Colony. During a meeting organised by the YSRCP, she spoke to the media about the help she received from the Government.

During the interview, she shared that after many years, she received land from Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy to build her own house. Geetanjali expressed happiness that her children too were receiving Amma Vodi.

The TDP and Jana Sena leaders shared her interview on social media and kept trolling her.

Unable to bear the trolling, Geetanjali died by suicide. Her body was shifted to the government hospital in Guntur.
