YS Jagan assures support to 23-year-old affected by paralysis
The Chief Minister instructed officials from Aarogyasri to document Mukesh's information
CHITTOOR: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Wednesday met the family members of M. Mukesh, a 23-year-old resident of Sadum village in Chittoor district, who was suffering from paralysis.
During the Memantha Siddham Yatra in Chittoor district, YS Jagan personally invited Mukesh onto the bus to inquire about his health condition in detail and the mounting medical expenses, as the family is already burdened with rising treatment costs.
Mukesh's family informed the Chief Minister that they would require funds of over Rs 15 lakh to cover his medical bills and requested assistance from the Government.
The Chief Minister instructed officials from Aarogyasri to document Mukesh's information. Encouraged by the Chief Minister's assurance, the family remains hopeful that Mukesh will soon recover and regain a normal life.
