"Revolutionary changes have been brought in Andhra Pradesh in the last 52 months which has never been witnessed in the history of the State. The secretariat system is introduced at the village level and social justice is ensured from the local bodies to the cabinet. All the communities and regions are given equal justice," YS Jagan said.

The Chief Minister said that the announcement of three capitals was made to protect the self-respect of the three regions in the State. "To make it easier for officials to deliver Government schemes, the YSRCP Government has created 13 new districts in Andhra Pradesh, taking the total number to 26. We considered the manifesto as a holy book and the Government fulfilled 99 percent of the promise made and become the voice of the voiceless," he said.

Highlighting the welfare done to the public, YS Jagan said that Direct Benefit transfer (DBT) had come in like a boon to the beneficiaries to transfer the money directly into the bank accounts of the beneficiaries and shunted out the role of middlemen and infused transparency into the system. "So far, Rs 2.35 lakh crore has been transferred into the beneficiaries accounts through the DBT and distributed nearly 31 lakh house site pattas and houses to women beneficiaries under 'Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu' to empower women economically, socially and politically," he said.

The Chief Minister said," Jagananna Aarogya Suraksha is the first programme which will continue till Nov 10 with health camps being held across the state covering 1.6 crore households in 15,004 village and ward secretariats," he said and directed the cadre to own the programme to ensure that each and every family is covered. He also said that the hiked monthly pension of Rs. 3,000 would be distributed from January 1 to 10 while YSR Cheyuta and YSR Aasara would be implemented from January 10 to 20 and January 20 to 30 respectively in festive atmosphere and asked the party cadre to create massive public awareness about these programmes and how people were being benefited.
