YS Viveka murder: CBI court initiates investigation, summons accused to appear on February 10

HYDERABAD: After obtaining the charge papers in the YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court began a probe into the case on Saturday.

The accused Erra Gangireddy, Y Sunil Yadav, G Umashankar Reddy, Sheikh Dastagiri, and D Shivashankar Reddy were also summoned to the CBI court on February 10, 2023.

The CBI also intensified its investigation into YS Vivekananda's murder since the Supreme Court moved the case to Hyderabad. The CBI had served notices on Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy to appear for the probe.
