YSRCP MLC injured, assistant killed in car-lorry collision in Nellore

NELLORE: YSRCP MLC Parvathareddy Chandrasekhar Reddy suffered injuries while his assistant lost his life in a road accident in Nellore district on Friday. The car in which the duo were travelling collided with a container lorry on the national highway near Regadichelika in the district. While the MLC;s vehicle approached Regadichelila, it hit a stationery lorry which was undergoing repairs due to a tyre burst.

The accident took place at 1 am when the MLC was travelling from Vijayawada to Nellore. The police shifted the injured to Apollo Hospital and registered a case for investigation.
