HYDERABAD: The former chief minister and TDP national president Chandrababu Naidu has held a Strategy Committee Meeting on Monday. He slammed the YSRCP government highlighting the failures of the government in the last three years.

Naidu alleged that taxes were increased and the beneficiaries were decreased in the welfare schemes. Amma Vodi scheme beneficiaries had been reduced and opined that as many as 52,000 beneficiaries were removed from the list. The government was harassing the people by imposing various terms and restrictions on the pensions.

It is unfair to rent out buildings built for government employees to private companies without

completing them for three years, said Naidu.

Naidu also responded to the Atmakur byelections and said that despite the distribution of money, and with TDP not contesting, the vote share of YSRCP had not increased. He said that the people's outrage was clear in the results.
