The Chief Minister on Tuesday reviewed the progress of road construction and repair works in the state.

Jagan issued key directions amid criticism from opposition parties over the condition of roads in the state. The CM directed officials to take immediate steps and complete the construction of unfinished roads, bridges, and flyovers across the state.

He said that various construction works across the state have to be considered as a priority and completed expeditiously. He added that roads and bridges needed to be made accessible to public as soon as possible. Jagan also asked officials to fortify bridges which were damaged due to a cyclone.
