Pawan Kalyan uses sarcasm to taunt Jagan, Visakha Gharjana

HYDERABAD: Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan on Monday came down heavily on the proposed 'Visakha Gharjana' campaign to espouse the cause of three capitals in Andhra Pradesh. A call has been given to take out a rally on October 15 under the aegis of the YSRCP and involving a 'non-political' joint action committee (JAC).

Responding to the call, Pawan Kalyan came up with a tweet slamming the campaigners and their motives. Using oodles of sarcasm in a veiled attack on Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy, he posed a flurry of questions in his tweet.

"What are these gharjanalu (roars) meant for? Is it to destroy the state even further by establishing three capitals? Or is it for acting in complete contrast to what was stated on the floor of the state Assembly when in opposition? Is it for the failure to stop migration of labourers and the poor from the North Andhra region? Is it for letting fishermen migrate to Goa, Gujarat and Chennai having been deprived of fishing on the state's shores? Is it for demolishing the famed Rushikonda to facilitate the construction of a building for you? Or is it for issuing orders to bestow your near and dear with the Dasapalla lands," asked Pawan Kalyan in his tweet.

Pawan Kalyan's taunts evoked immediate retort from YSRCP leaders including ministers. They slammed him for his utterances while himself behaving like a part-time politician.
