7 Films to hit the screens this Friday

The Tollywood box office has been going through a rough phase for the last few weeks. None of the movies is able to do well in theatres after Vikram and Major. Last week, we witnessed the releases of Gargi and The Warrior. Both movies ended up as flops.

This Friday, we are going to have seven releases in Telugu but are failing to carry any buzz. Among the lot, only Naga Chaitanya's Thank You has a decent buzz.

We also have Ranbir Kapoor's Shamshera releasing in Telugu. But it may not get huge openings in the Telugu states. The other releases are Anasuya's Darja, Amma Rajashekhar's High-five, Jaggannatakam, Meelo Okkadu and Hansika's Maha. Most people don't know that these movies are getting released this Friday.

The pre-release events of these flicks are being held but are unable to grab the attention of the viewers. As a result, the trade pundits are pinning hopes only on Naga Chaitanya's Thank You. It has to be seen if it lives up to the expectations or not. We also have to see if any of these other six films prove to be a sleeper hit at the box office.
