HYDERABAD: The countdown for the highly awaited mythological spectacle, Adipurush, starring Prabhas, has officially begun. The film's popularity continues to soar, with recently released songs and trailers generating positive word of mouth. As the release date approaches, the makers have announced that the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has granted Adipurush a U certificate, making it accessible to a broader audience.

The runtime of Adipurush has also been confirmed, with the film clocking in at 2 hours and 59 minutes. This extensive runtime is justifiable for a film of this genre, given its massive scale and the need for precision in portraying the epic tale of Ramayana.

Reports suggest the film boasts impressive VFX and stunning visuals, particularly in the latter half. Adipurush features massive war sequences, mounted on a grand scale, contributing to the film's spectacle. The final trailer, unveiled in a grand event a few days ago, has elevated the film to a new level, further building hype and anticipation.

Adipurush is a mythological drama based on the epic Ramayana, with Prabhas essaying the role of Lord Rama, Kriti Sanon as Sita, Sunny Singh as Lakshman, and Saif Ali Khan portraying the iconic character of Ravana.
